iBooking Ticket – the mobile booking engine for coach, bus and sightseeing tours.

It’s 2015… nearly 2016, and if you haven’t heard there is a huge shift underway from the desktop to mobile. This isn’t anything new. It’s been well underway for the last 3-4 years, but recently, that shift has accelerated. Customers making increased use of mobile devices affects some sectors more than others. There are few sectors more impacted by this shift than travel and tourism. It’s common sense when you think about it. Customers are increasingly using the mobile web to make late bookings, both for hotels and for other travel products. Our customers are coach and bus companies, sightseeing tour providers, and activity companies. For all of these market segments there is a clear use case for mobile. Whether a customer is looking for an airport transfer, searching for a sightseeing tour while visiting a new city, or looking for something different to do at the weekend, mobile is increasingly the platform of choice when it comes to research. Imagine how frustrating it is when that mobile customer can’t complete a booking!

Version 3.5 is enhanced with larger product images and many other usability improvements.

Our Version 3.5 is a major upgrade. We’ve made the booking experience slicker, more intuitive, and simply better on all devices. It’s a free upgrade for all iBooking customers. We’re already seeing much improved booking conversion rates [the all important metric that measures completed bookings against visitors who open your booking link] and we expect the relative share of mobile and tablet to keep increasing.

If you’re already a customer and want to make sure you are using a mobile ready version of iBooking please get in touch.
