With this screen you can instantly see bookings laid out in a convenient calendar view. See what dates are available to be booked, any assigned special offer periods, and seasons defined with different rates.

Rate Allocation
Easily define seasons so that you can modify your rates throughout the year. The system is entirely flexible so if you want your weekly rate to be the same at all times, just define it once. Alternatively, you can have a different rate for every week in the year. It can all be setup in a matter of minutes.

Close-Out
One of the most common operations is to make weeks unavailable when they may be sold out. Just select the date to turn it red indicating that no bookings can be made on this date. It couldn't be simpler.

Booking Extras
With iBooking you can instantly setup as many booking extras as you want. For example, the screenshot shows how you would define an extra charge for beds. As many extras as you want can be defined, allowing the opportunity to increase your booking values for every customer.
