Stage 1 - Secure Online Ticket Sales
Working with the core iBooking Ticketing engine, we got to grips with the complexities of coach timetables and created a business logic that would drive the online engine. With scope to handle hundreds of journeys departing from multiple locations the product offers both a user friendly booking interface and an intuitive back office system. Stage 2 - The POS solution
In order to ensure that online sales are integrated with offline sales a Point of Sale module has been created to allow sales data to be entered into the system and to allow operator driven ticket sales. The system also reports on passengers due to depart from any location on a given day or time. The iBooking solution was to create a web application and user logon model that gives each POS operator a desktop application built entirely within a browser environment. The system protects the POS operator from functionality they don't require and also allows single click reporting to show passengers expected to travel from the location on a particular day.

Stage 3- The Tour Operator Solution
Coach has a module to offer Tour Operators and partners the ability to purchase tickets on behalf of their customers. By specifying a commission amount in the Back Office, coach operators can track partner sales and issue commission cheques.

Stage 4 - The Affiliate Solution
iBooking devised an affiliate business model that extends far beyond the normal affiliate relationship where links are exchanged between web sites and partners. Working initially with Easyjet, iBooking Ticket can now be partnered with airline reservation systems to allow customer data to be shared and commissions tracked.
